Aadhav Arjuna, a distinguished entrepreneur, philanthropist, and visionary political strategist, began his journey amidst adversity, born into a struggling agricultural family. These humble beginnings shaped his steadfast commitment to equality and social justice, inspiring his mission to align Indian polity with constitutional values and establish governance that serves the most oppressed and marginalized.

An accomplished basketball player who grew up in a government sports hostel, he recognized the transformative role of sports in building an equitable society. He eventually took charge of the Tamil Nadu Basketball Association (TNBA) where he worked tirelessly to dismantle socio-economic barriers and ensure equal opportunities in sports. In 2023, his dedication culminated in his election as President of the Basketball Federation of India (BFI), a landmark moment in his efforts to revolutionize basketball in India.

His political journey began in 2015 as a strategist, where he played a pivotal role in crafting inclusive, impactful campaigns centred on social justice. In 2019, he established One Mind India, a groundbreaking organization harnessing data science to design transformative campaigns. This initiative later evolved into Voice of Commons, a dynamic platform that engages strategically with political partners while championing the voices and rights of the public.

He presently holds the position of General Secretary - TVK Election Campaign Management.
